After last year’s sold-out, smash hit With A Little Help From My Friends, Acting Up Stage again blurs the lines of rock and musical theatre with an astonishing evening paying tribute to one of the world’s greatest songwriters - Paul Simon.

Classic songs such as “I Am A Rock”, “The Boxer”, “50 Ways To Leave Your Lover”, “Cecilia”, and “Bridge Over Troubled Water” will be performed by some of Canada’s greatest musical storytellers in a cabaret setting on the Bathurst Street Theatre stage.

Musical theatre fans will love the chance to see their favourite artists performing these “undiscovered showtunes” and music fans will be blown away by the reexamination of this legendary music.

Performance is featuring:

  • Thom Allison (Dora-nominee; Elegies)
  • Amanda LeBlanc (Citadel Theatre)
  • Sara Farb (Jane Eyre, Edges)
  • Jeff Madden (Toronto’s Jersey Boys)
  • Steven Gallagher (Elegies, A New Brain)
  • Eliza-Jane Scott (Dora-nominee; Elegies)
  • Susan Henley (Man of No Importance)
  • Michael Therriault (Broadway, West End)
  • Andrew Kushnir (CanStage’s Hair)
  • Blythe Wilson (Toronto’s Sound of Music)

You can order the tickets here.
